Brian and Renee Foster, owners of 3P LTD and Picture Perfect Productions, have been servicing the photographic needs of local schools in the central PA region for over twenty years. Ten years ago, they expanded the business to incorporate printing as a complement to their photography business. Brian grew up in the printing industry: his grandfather and father were both master pressman and his father was one of the owners of the largest commercial printing company in the Altoona area for over 32 years.
